Sparkling Smilez follows a no-refund policy. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will send you a replacement. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
DAMAGES AND PRODUCT CONCERNS
Please inspect your order as soon as you have received it. If the item delivered to you is defective, damaged, or not the product you ordered, contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and address your concerns. You may send your email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

SHIPPING OF RETURNS
The shipment of the item to be returned to Sparkling Smilez and the related costs will be shouldered by the customer.
MODIFYING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately upon placing your order. Be sure to include the order number and the details of the modification or cancellation you wish to make. You will receive confirmation of this action. For items that have already been packed or shipped, modification or cancellation is no longer possible.
